The Intel® Driver Update Utility supports Internet Explorer*, Firefox*, and Netscape* browsers.

Use the following tips if you are having trouble running the utility on one of the supported browsers.

Microsoft Internet Explorer*

1. Download the ActiveX*/Java* installer to install the ActiveX/Java component manually.
2. Click Run.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions. When the installation is complete, the progress bar and installation box will disappear.
4. Click Close to exit this dialog box.
5. Click Check your system for the latest updates to run the Intel® Driver Update Utility again.

Mozilla Firefox*

1. Make sure you have the latest version of Java* installed.
2. Click Check your system for the latest updates to run the Intel® Driver Update Utility again.

Netscape*
