If you are having problems installing Active X/Java component try manual option below: WINDOWS* INTERNET EXPLORER ONLY.
- Click here to download the Manual Installer.
- Your browser will display a "Save As" dialog box.
- Note the location where the file will be copied and the file name intel_srldetect_4.5.11.0.msi.
- Navigate to the file, double click it and follow on-screen instructions.
- Once installation is complete, progress bar and install box disappears.
- Return to the beginning web launch page and start again.
